We guarantee you a seat at the event you buy a ticket for. The exact seat number can change, but the category and quality stand.

If we cannot secure the seat you chose, we offer a comparable seat at the same venue. If you decline, you receive a full refund within 5 working days. No arguments.

Every price on this site is the total price. No service fee, no delivery fee, and nothing is added at checkout.

Your card is charged only after we have confirmed the ticket with the supplier, usually within 24 hours. Until then the amount is held. If the ticket cannot be secured, the hold is released and nothing is charged.

The Premier League publishes TV selections 5 to 6 weeks in advance. A match labelled "Date not confirmed" can move by a day or a kickoff time. We label every match and let you know if anything changes.

A match that has moved is labelled "Moved" with the old date shown struck through.

Tickets for a specific event are exempt from the 14 day right of withdrawal, cf. Article 18(l) of Icelandic Act no. 16/2016 on consumer contracts. The guarantee above applies regardless.

Your ticket arrives electronically before the event. Exact timing depends on the organiser, usually 1 to 3 days before.
