Is it safe to buy Premier League tickets from Iceland?+
Yes. BeThere is an Icelandic company, BeThere ehf., reg. no. 540926-1070, Kringlan 7, 103 Reykjavík. Every ticket is covered by the BeThere ticket guarantee and real people answer your questions.
Are all fees included?+
Yes. The price you see is the price you pay. Nothing is added at checkout.
When do I get my ticket?+
Your ticket arrives electronically before matchday. Exact timing depends on club rules, usually 1 to 3 days before the match.
What if the ticket does not arrive?+
If we cannot secure the seat you chose, we offer a comparable seat at the same venue. If you decline, you receive a full refund within 5 working days.
Can I wear the away team shirt?+
At English matches, away fans may not wear the away shirt in home sections. Where the club bans away colours, the line says so before you buy.
How do I reach you?+
Write to midar@bethere.is. Open weekdays 9 to 17 and we usually reply the same day.
